Is it a real flame?
The flame appearance is created by water vapor illuminated with LEDs. There is no combustion flame.
Does it heat the room?
Aqua Fire is designed for ambiance, offering the look of flame without the heat of a traditional fire.
Can it connect to a water line?
Direct plumbing is model-dependent. Pro supports direct plumbing; Original requires a separate plumbing kit; Lite does not offer direct plumbing.
How often should it be serviced?
Start with an annual preventative maintenance conversation. Water quality, usage and the installation environment can call for more frequent visits.
